The annual show is the moment the whole year builds towards.
The last thing you need on show day is a technical problem: a radio mic cutting out mid-number, a lighting cue that misses, a sound level that wasn't right for the room.
We've worked with dance schools and academies across the Midlands for years. We know how these shows work, what can go wrong, and how to make sure it doesn't. On show day, your job is to be with your students. Ours is to make sure everything backstage runs exactly as planned.
Common questions
Do I need to know what I need?
Not at all. Tell us the venue, number of students and dates. We'll work out the rest.
Can you provide mics and operate them?
Yes — hire and operation together. We can run the sound desk so you don't have to.
Do you cover school halls?
Yes. We work in everything from school halls to hired theatres. We know what each space needs.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Everything your show needs, handled.
Radio microphones
Our Trantec S5.3 12-headset system is ideal for large casts. We handle fitting, frequency coordination and live operation throughout your show.
Sound engineering
Music playback, live vocal mics and overall room levels managed from start to finish. We balance every act as the show runs.
Lighting operation
State-by-state programming for multi-act shows. Every piece gets the lighting it deserves, cued precisely and operated live on the night.
Show crew
Reliable, experienced hands for get-in, show calls and get-out. We arrive early and we leave last.
Pre-show site visit
We visit the venue ahead of show day, familiarise ourselves with the space and confirm everything is in place before your students arrive.
Equipment hire only
If you have your own technical team, we can supply the kit alone — lighting rigs, PA systems and radio mics, all PAT tested and ready.
