With collaboration at the forefront of our culture, we continually reflect on every decision, conversation, and outcome to improve what we do — so that from the very first idea to the final curtain call, you feel supported and confident.

Founded in 2015. Still here for the same reason.

Founded in 2015, our company emerged from a shared frustration with a lack of reliable, flexible support in technical production. We believed there was a better way — one that combined high professional standards with creativity, passion, and genuine partnership.

What started with a small group of dedicated collaborators has grown into a trusted collective of technicians, designers and support personnel who uphold these values every day.

Our technicians are the first on site to set up and the last to leave. From the very first planning conversation to the moment the venue goes dark — we're with you from start to finish.

OUR HISTORY

We'll tell you what we think you actually need — not what generates the largest invoice. If your budget is tight, we'll help you prioritise. If something isn't going to work for your space, we'll say so before it becomes a problem on show day.

Our founding team brings experience across West End productions, regional theatres, touring shows, arenas and open-air events. We draw on a wider network of trusted specialist technicians to make sure every production gets the right people for its specific brief.
